Teeny Tiny Flowers

Before you know it, Easter is going to be upon us, so I'm attempting to be just a little bit organised with a spot of Easter decorating in the form of a garland.  No standing on the dais shouting out that I've finished, that I'm in the lead, no no because this is the very beginning of a very small project.  But a Very Small Project is definitely all I can manage just at the moment.

So I gathered around me a collection of Easter coloured wool and found the easiest of patterns to make a wee small flower.  I soon had the attention of my ten year old girl who offered to help and we were on our way.

I'm thinking this will be soft and floaty, maybe with a little gingham bow tied on every here and there, but we'll see as it goes along.  As I said, the very beginning, but I did want to share with you my crochet love of these teeny tiny flowers.  Maybe you would like to make a crochet garland too?

Have a lovely day.

  5. Hey Trudy, these little flowers are so sweet and just the right sort of project when you have limited time......
Great that your daughter wanted to be involved too.
Your garland will be look perfect with some gingham bows added.

Gillian I have found that setting the alarm half an hour or an hour earlier in the morning gives you some extra time to enjoy......
Of course setting it is one thing, getting out of bed when it goes off is another matter, hehe.......

Lovely Autumn weather here in the NE today Trudy, hope you are enjoying some too.
